01 Overview

02 Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing content, send a written DMCA notice that includes all required information listed below.

03 Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
• Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including the exact URL(s) on PornWorship.com.
• Your contact information — name, email address, and mailing address and/or phone number.

Tip: The fastest way to process a request is to include every URL where the content appears, not just one.

04 Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe content you uploaded or posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name and contact information (email and mailing address)
• Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your location
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant as required by law.

05 Repeat Infringers

PornWorship.com has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

06 Misrepresentations & Abuse

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences.
