1. Overview

PornWorship.com (“PornWorship,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

If you believe content on PornWorship.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA contact below.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing content, send a written DMCA notice that includes all required information listed below. Incomplete notices may be ignored or delayed.

3. Required Information

Your DMCA notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
• Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including the exact URL(s) on PornWorship.com.
• Your contact information (name, email address, and mailing address and/or phone number).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Tip: The fastest way to process a request is to include every URL where the content appears, not just one.

4. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If you believe content you uploaded or posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name and contact information (email + mailing address)
• Identification of the material removed and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your location (or where we are located, if required)
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant as required by law.

5. Repeat Infringers

PornWorship.com has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

6. Misrepresentations & Abuse

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences. Do not file a claim unless you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
